Nobody is disputing that fact. That has nothing to do with evidence and physics rendering a suicide unlikely. People do stage murder scenes to appear as a suicide. And many botch the details like bullet trajectory, physical ability to hold a rifle and pull the trigger, the way the body lands, and blood splatter on the walls, victim and weapon.
