Depends on your personal definition 'died on impact'. The mind is gone well before the nervous system shuts down. Muscle spasms like that are very common in sudden, high trauma deaths. (Like your head cracking open on concrete after a good 75ft plunge off a bridge) Postmortem movement doesn't exactly indicate a living being.  |

There isn't a spasm, it appears he is trying to move his arms slowly to put palms on the pavement as if he is trying to get up.

Is it any wonder 99% of all pics and videos in these two subforums are always from eastern asia, southern asia, middle east or southern america, when they all appear to have so little value of human life? Not one person stopped their car, hell the dude on bench didn't even flinch.
