This looks like in cailfornia so he was 19 year's old , with a 16 year old she under age as she not 18 and up , but sadly see the video on the Web( thus website here),and bass off the information she try tell the cops he was suicidal, it's a heartbreaking story , God bless them poor family of the boy and the officers how had see that and the poor girl friend of the boy too.
