I hate staying in hotels like that. Like when you visit France and the only place with rooms available is the Formula 1. You have to go down the tiny hallway to pee, no toilets in the rooms. But a wise, experienced Dutchman told me the secret, pee in the small sinks in each room to avoid wee hours trips to the public loo...

I like to pee into a Gatorade bottle, then offer it to the nearest homeless person when I'm walking downtown to get my morning pancake stack. I say to them "Drink it, you need your electrolytes".
