Cop blurted out "taser taser taser" in heat of moment between salvos. I imagine the cop was responding to training instructions to warn an attacker about the deadly force prior to shooting, but that protocol clearly did not apply to this case.

Close but one of the cops actually tried to taze the guy but it didnt stop him. It might have been the guy getting stabbed. Last report says he might have nerve damage. Hes got some serious injuries. The other two cops only have a couple of years on the job.
