Got stung 7 times on my back once after I was biking my way back home from work and a bee accidentally flew inside my t-shirt. So it naturally panicked and stung all over the place before escaping from the low end of the shirt. Felt like my back was on fire for the rest of the day, only ice-cold showers gave some relief. Good thing by night the pain had gone away.
You don't have to be scared of bees for most of summer, towards the end of the summer they are at their most dangerous because the nest is done and theres a lot of bees with nothing to do, so they start looking for sweet nectar and food for themselves. And while they're doing that, this time they're more concerned with self-preservation, early summers they're too busy to start stinging anything so you can take one to your hands no problem.
Didn't bee just sting once and they dies?
