i've got 2 boats we have similar problems with dolphins and manatees around here . the boat was too fuckin close to other one they should have had a flag on that fucking boat ,,or at least waved the incoming boat to slow down or go on starboard the diver was also stupid, he either should have dived, or stayed on surface so they could see him! man!!!what a fucked up way to die!

Whenever we dived we had flags...and manatees are the worst cause of how slow they are. Im guessing Florida is where youre from?

Hard to believe that it's a 4 star hotel. No first aid kit, and none of the staff are medically trained? That's ridiculous

Wrong place/ wrong time..no way for the boat to know he was there. 4 star hotel and NO 1st aid...this is almost laughable. I was at the Snooty Fox here is CA which is a 1 star hotel (maybe less LOL) and they a 1st aid kit! Awesome footage though.

At one point a speed boat flew right over the diver’s head just as he resurfaced to get a breath of fresh air. Fast moving boat bludgeoned the diver and its propeller finished him up.

Friends and onlookers tried to help the wounded diver, but as it turned out, hotel staff had no first aid kits at hand, none of the staff were able to provide any first aid, and no one from the hotel was willing to take any step to try to save the diver’s life. He was still alive when pulled out of the sea but died shortly after from rapid blood loss.

The incident took place on February 13, 2012. 13 and a half minute long video of it is below. Boat attack takes place at around 3:40 – after that the picture is very shaky. The cameraman stopped videotaping and focused on helping his friend, though the camera continued rolling as it dangled off his neck.
