Interesting. I've never seen a person stab someone else, and then try to help that person up. Also, that guy's head had a rather vicious impact with the pavement.

The guy who knocked that guy out is the instigator as we can tell earlier when he gets the other guys attention. It looks as if in that moment he’s already grabbing something out of his pocket. Knife perhaps. |

The said stabbing is not clear on the video. Did the guy really stabbed the other guy? I think even the most stupid killer will not help revive a guy he just stabbed. What it looked like to me is that punch knocked the guy down and hit his head on the pavement. My PC is not that clear by the way so i may be wrong.

and with those cops showing up quickly, i think that fallen guy was being chased by those cops. the instigator might also be an investigator.

I think the only reason he tried helping him was because he saw that one of the guys that rushed in to assist, is a cop
