EMT here. In my opinion, it looks like she was conscious until the -2:44 mark, give or take a few seconds. Basically when we see both arms drop after griping the door handle, her legs started spasming, and she started to urinate. All body movement after that seemed like involuntary reflex to me. So it took something like ~1min 35 seconds for her to lose consciousness, unfortunately.
