Store owner should pay to send the cremains back to India. Stupid to leave a gun there for an untrained clerk to look at. It must have not been a large caliber, because the top and back of his head didn't hit the ceiling. |

not necessarily....but basically. a Casull has similar pressures to .308 and similar case capacity. just sayin some hand guns could cause a complete head blow. compared to a 350grain casull to a 150grain .308...with the same pressures  either way it was probably 9mm  |

I don't think his family will have to worry about debt anymore. As I'm certain they would win a lawsuit against the store owner for leaving a loaded firearm in a public space.
