My dad use to be an emergency tech and would see this all the time, people run over by trucks or trains, their bottom half would be so crushed no blood would escape so they would still be alive when they got there. He said one of the sickest he ever saw was this woman who was run over by a train and her legs were wrapped around her head and they assumed she was dead. And when they moved her suddenly she opened her eyes and looked around and saw her bottom half was gone and her legs were around her head and screamed and dropped dead

It was nice to see people trying to help instead of standing around gawking, although I'm glad someone did record it. Sucks for the victim though. Poor guy.

Looked like the first guy was playing with his nipples to keep him distracted, most Asian women have an excellent technique with that (especially Japanese)  |

No, the bin bag was placed there in readiness for the actual cloth gathered around the damaged flesh. Not even in Indonesia would something be chucked at a catastrophically injured person. I take Comfort in the people gathering around him in the desperate situation. Volunteers, all of them. Including the owner of the vehicle. That's the way road traffic accidents are handled there. There's seldom an efficient response team. Or if there is, it's exclusively for "the elite". |

He was being a good sport. Those people were brave, compassionate for trying to help him. I could be wrong, but I don't think sitting him up was a good idea. I image its hard to figure out how to tie off a wound so big. That state of the art ambulance seemed legit. At least he died, knowing people cared. |
