Malaysia has a lot of low-end undocumented foreigners from Bangladesh, Myanmar, Indonesia. The cameraman is from Myanmar by the language he's speaking. The thieves look like somewhere from south Asia. This country should do a ICE and send them all back from where they came.
Lol camera man is speaking tamil. He should be from tamilnadu in india or tamil speaking malaysian.

Wire would someone do that? There's a risk they might get charged by Police or, even worse, by the copper cable itself.
