Not much. She is completely dystonic and is in agonal breathing. The hypovolemic shock would have taken her into unconsciousness almost instantly.

Zero survival rate for these injuries, even in the US, to much trauma to the body. Give her a phone and let her say her goodbyes. she wont make it to the hospital.
