What kind of first aid could you possibly give that makes any sense in a situation like that? Get a thread and needle and sew her back together again?! Even just by moving her you could cause her to bleed out a lot faster than she already is, so if you don't know exactly what you're doing you almost certainly are only going to fuck up. Then again, in a situation like that, the quicker you're out the better I guess....
