Speedy Car Fatally Hits Woman Waiting for a Bus
Ecuador. Yesterday morning a speedy car changed lanes and slammed into a woman standing next to the road waiting for the bus. Looks like she was looking at her phone. She died.

That was absolutely her fault. Anyone else would be inpatiently looking at the direction the bus would be coming from, and she's off in La-La-Land. There was AMPLE time for her to scoot back.

Uuuuuh, I would blame the driver. She was standing close to the road, sure, but the car had no business passing on this portion of the asphalt.  Anyway, glad that backpack wasn't lost for everyone. |

That looked intentional. The car made a direct diagonal beeline for her. She wasn’t even on the main carriageway.

It was totally her fault. If she hadn't gotten up this morning she wouldn't have been there waiting at the bus stop.
