Oddly, he was speaking Russian, saying something like, "Fuck! You finished my bitch..." etc., etc. (Unless Polish is almost exactly like Russian.)

When speeding on a motorcycle, it is often difficult for a driver to do a quick shoulder check and determine that you were speeding instead of obeying the speed limit. Let this be a lesson!

Polish and Russian sounds quite different, although they are both Slavic.
This guy is most probably Ukrainian refugee, who lives in Poland. Almost all of the Ukrainian refugees here in Bulgaria speaks Russian as their native.
