She was psychological case for years and was using medications all the time. She stole keys of her fathers car and went on rampage. On other clips (which were not released as far as i know) she can be seen overtaking 2 long collumns of cars just before this turn when she hit cyclist. After she hit him, she continued driving through the field on the side of the road trying to escape and she even tried to cross the river and her car got stuck on the other side of river as it can be seen from photos. Also police found pieces of the bike handles and frame still stuck in windshield of her car.
