How the hell she avoids prison is beyond me. No matter if you're doped up, mental, or whatever: You kill someone driving like a fucking moron, you should go to jail. Period. No questions asked, no bleeding heart psychiatrists. Go to jail, rot, and don't be a threat to anyone else ever again.
