I seen them kind in Latin America and the US South. Their stupid logos on their dress-shirt and usually fat often like to separate from the rest of society. Sadly, many people see their cars a sign of financial stability. The family should have not made an agreement with this idiot. He was probably cartel and political connected. This is not just a financial pay off. Most likely was take the money or else. The prosecution had the discretion to keep his ass in jail regardless of financial settlement.  |
