~ Two things contributed to this accident: The Mercedes cautiously slowed down, whilst in the middle, before entering & crossing to the other side of the road, whilst the motorcyclist thought the Mercedes was just going to cross without slowing down. ~ It was the motorcyclist's fault for speeding & for erroneously miscalculating the Mercedes' maneuvers. |

Are you for real? Some dickhead car driver pulls in front of the bikers path and it's somehow his fault? I bet you would have arrived at a different conclusion if it had of been a car that plowed into the Merc.
