As we see from dozens of footage from the Brazilian neighborhoods, Le Elementes will chase victims down the block, or in a busy store, restaurant, daylight, dozens of witnesses all around, including cctv, if need be. Unmasked as well.
Also they go right into peoples homes and shoot some sleeping occupants, while leaving others alive. Or they’ll be polite enough to order the victim outside where they are shot right outside of their home.

These Elements are beyond fucked up in the head. It’s like they are fucking learning disabled or something.

Because why the hell would anyone commit violent crimes knowing what they will most likely face in Brazilian prisons.

But on the other hand, brazenly shooting people out in the open, with plenty of witnesses, know that there is no way most of those people will talk to police. So they really have a 50/50 chance of getting away with it or not.
