Re: Son Fatally Beats and Kicks His Dad's Head Over Property Dispute
I didn't have good relations with my father growing up as a kid. I still remember how my father would beat me to a lump of meat for trivial things. Cut to 2024, I have 2 kids & I would simply laugh off their silly acts & my father is pushing 75 but I don't have the rights to his property or my name in his will despite me being the only child & yet I would NEVER do such a thing. |

Re: Son Fatally Beats and Kicks His Dad's Head Over Property Dispute
For those who feel the son is going to rot in the jail for life, I've a bad news as he'll be tried for culpable homicide possibly under section 304 of IPC & if he has no past criminal records, he can be out on bail while being under trial with some efforts.. In India, court verdicts (lower courts alone) can take several yrs for a seemingly open & shut case. Worst case scenario is 10 yrs imprisonment if proven guilty & he could still be out on bail against a fine + security deposit even if proven guilty. |

I don't agree, there is no amount of money in the world that I would consider as a justification to kill a loved one, just saying. |
