They're called B.O.P.E. = The "Navy Seals" of Brazil let loose in the ghettos to clean up the street gangs. In mexico it you are in the special forces, retire, and go work for the cartels that pay you a lot more than the government. Two different situations totally, specops vs. streetgangs in Brazil is one thing, but specops (being paid shit by the government) vs. specops (being paid nice by cartels) in Mexico ain't working out too well for the government. |
