dipshit. it doesn't work quite that way. you think if you are mexican, you have a choice or not in the matter, if the cartel "asks" you to do something for them? you think you just politely say "no"? they appear as police, and they pick random innocent people to move drugs for them, or watch for them, or hide some cash...and just like that, those innocent people become enemies of the rival cartel(s), and we get videos like this.
