A 20-year-old woman being a resident of Kazan died while riding on a snow tube tied to a car.
The girl was riding down a hill on a tube, but crashed into a post and died from the injuries she received.
In turn, the Kazan traffic police officers went to the scene of the emergency, but did not find any traces of blood there. The Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that the real place of the girl's death was found a kilometer from the supposed one.
The police found biological traces here, and also reviewed the recordings from the surveillance cameras that recorded the incident.
It turned out that the girl was riding on a tube, which was tied to the back of a car. At some point, the tube crashed into a road sign at high speed.
The driver was the 22-year-old friend of the deceased. The suspect fully admitted her guilt, and a preventive measure was chosen for her in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the city.
