That's one way to take care of the homeless situation. I was homeless for a little bit. I don't imagine that I'd sleep through something like that.  I'm guessing the black dude got tired of seeing all the bums in the hallways and staircases. I used to be the same way. I probably could have done the same thing some years back.

I don't think he meant to kill him, I think he was sick of bums being on his stairs every day and expected him to wake up in a few seconds and put it out and fuck off. The guys clothes were probably nylon or something, went up in flames real fast, crazy he didn't wake up. Still a fucking idiot either way but who watching this didn't also expect him to wake up in 2 seconds..  |

What always gets me is that the perpetrator did all this right under a camera, and he never looked up. In this day and time we live in, there are cameras everywhere, many in plain sight.
