Even the narrator is sad for the lonely flip flops.

~ It's what happens when people get forgotten by people, but nature never forgets their place.

I bet those bones belonged to someone who has been featured on here at some point.

I could almost hear Peter Thomas, the narrator from Forensic Files, reading those words in his incomparable voice.

But I am given pause to wonder: if I ever stumbled upon a pair of bones and flip flops in the middle of nowhere.....would I alert the authorities.....or would I go ahead and destroy the rest of the evidence? My conscience wouldn't necessarily be burdened because I didn't kill the person, merely disposed of their remains.

Decisions, decisions.....
