Skidding Biker Fatally Run Over by a Dump Truck
Mexico, The driver of a dump truck ran over and killed a motorcyclist after he skidded with his motorcycle and fell when the truck arrived. The paramedics determined the death due to exposure of a brain mass. The deceased was aboard a white and blue Honda motorcycle from the state of Oaxaca.

I know Mexico has some strange laws about motor traffic. Will the truck driver be charged for the guys death or will it be considered an accident where he’s not at fault?!  |

The rider in the scooter coming from the opposite direction forced the victim to loose control of his bike. |

Didn't forced. He just overtook the truck and was still in the middle of the road while the victim could have steered a bit to his right as there was still at least 12 ft of space. He panicked and probably hit the front brakes at quite some distance too. Must have been not an experienced rider. Luv that old red VW Beetle. |
