Re: Skidding Biker Fatally Run Over by a Dump Truck
I know Mexico has some strange laws about motor traffic. Will the truck driver be charged for the guys death or will it be considered an accident where he’s not at fault?! |

The rider in the scooter coming from the opposite direction forced the victim to loose control of his bike. |

I noticed you downvote loads of peoples comments for no apparent reason other than for the fun of it so I'm returning the compliment.

Re: Skidding Biker Fatally Run Over by a Dump Truck
Didn't forced. He just overtook the truck and was still in the middle of the road while the victim could have steered a bit to his right as there was still at least 12 ft of space. He panicked and probably hit the front brakes at quite some distance too. Must have been not an experienced rider. Luv that old red VW Beetle. |
