Sicario Attack Outside Ice Cream Shop
In Manta, Manabí province, Ecuador, 40-year-old Juan M.M.Q. was shot dead outside an ice cream shop by a motorcycle helmet-wearing sicario. He was sitting with three women at a table at the time. Local residents reported hearing at least seven shots. In 2024, Juan had been shot in the leg during a spree attack two blocks away from his house. |
