Not trying to be condecending in anyway (as this is really my first post on here) but I think the reason the guy didnt recoil from the blast is because he was running towards it. The projectile from any gun 12gauge or not is only gonna hit you as hard as the gun itself rocoils against the shooter. So imagine a 12gauge's recoil, then imagine running into that amount of pressue it isnt gonna budge you at all. People flying off there feet backwards is a creation of the movie industry.

The poster of the vid asks why the man being shot didn't recoil from the blast.And there are several reasons for this.Especially in this case where it appears to be a riot situation.

Despite the barrel being sawed off,the blast from the gun sounds like a 20gauge and not a 12gauge.Also because this is a riot situation I am guessing that the size of the shot is either #6 or #8.

But yeah that guy is going to die.There were prolly 60 shot half the size of a B.B. inside that guys torso.
