Ever see a vegetable? I met one for the first time when I was 7. My grandmother use to bring supplies to a womans home for her son who was in a motorcycle accident. He seemed blank staring at the tv. His mom said he liked watching cartoons, and I remember wondering how she could tell. A sad mothers projection and wishful thinking I guess. Anyway...It's odd what triggers one to remember things, because I hadn't thought of that in many years. Must be my mood as of late. I just saw this guy and thought is there anything left of you when you're a vegetable. Nothing subconscously either?
