Prime candidate for face transplant. Send him to the Cleveland Clinic! How is he even sitting up? Is he waiting for the propophol to kick in? I'm sure they already have him on a morphene or dilaudid drip. Where's the anesthesiologist when you need him? Forgoe the intubation, go with the traechostemy(sp?).

using full length shotgun under chin, cant reach trigger with hand so tilt head back to reach a bit further = blast takes lower jaw, upper mandible and nose off, but no reason for wound to be fatal as patient self tripods to keep airway open. terrible end to tragic circumstance. similar pics often (incorrectly) noted as consequence of crimping a detonator with your teeth  |
