Shot with a 12-gauge Shotgun, Presumably During a Search Conducted by a Police
DR. A preliminary report indicates that everything happened when the young man apparently failed to obey an order to stop at a checkpoint so the National Police shot him. According to information gathered at the scene, the deceased was possibly Haitian and worked on a nearby pig farm.

A shotgun is pretty much a guaranteed kill if you hit them solidly from the hips up.. thigh is pretty good chances too  |
