I agree. He should be charged with inciting violence. He was literally egging them on to get a gun and go “pop” him. Our police are not soft. If they can find a way to charge him they will. From what I could tell it look like the guys that went over to fight/shoot is the one who got shot. It’ll be interesting to see if it’s self-defense but Massachusetts doesn’t have stand your ground laws(you have to retreat first) and I highly doubt those guns are legal anyways. So everyone caught is gonna get charged. Especially since this happened on campus. We have some pretty severe gun laws here. PS. If you see young dummies do that adorable side hop run shit, just know someone is gonna start shooting. Seriously. You see that at the beach or carnival just leave. Young wannabe gangsters aren’t known for their accurate aim lol |
