failure to register as a sex , not to mention he had a weapon that's his at all that's all you need to know that's Baton Rouge for you ever since hurricane Katrina a lot of the violent people of New Orleans have decided to make Baton Rouge their home it is turn this city into a war zone.when I can imagine being a Baton Rouge cop and the pressure that's on them and the violence they have to deal with that black dude had it coming. Especially the fact that he's a sex offender it twice he didn't register I mean if he hadn't gotten killed on the streets they would have murdered his ass in prison
