Personally, I don't know either the cops or the perp well enough to have an opinion on who was right. What I do know, is this: 1. If I was the cop, I would have shot him immediately after his first refusal to give up. Comply or die. And 2. If I was the perp, I would have given up and then take my chances in court. By the looks of the criminal record/rap sheet, I'd be out in no time.

Anyone with a felony can't legally purchase or own a gun now as it is, but it clearly doesn't stop these idiotic black fools and scum gangster knuckle draggers. If guns were banned nationwide(never happen) then only felons would have guns anyway. Notice how that works out for Chicago or Brazil etc etc. |

Source? If you're talking about the Dylan Noble shooting in Fresno, it was suicide by cop. He was told to comply MANY MANY times, he wasn't restrained and was reaching for his waistline multiple times. Just like this moron, not complying is a bad idea. I only feel a bit more sorry for the 19 year old because it seemed like he had some mental health issues, but cops can't distinguish that in such small amount of time. |
