I agree it looks as if they were trying to transfer the load to the white wire. You can tell how much tension is on the white wire from the big chain/rope. So if the big chain/rope is released then it would obviously fire the white wire directly at the workers with the heavy load attached. I think lack of communication is to blame here. It was released too early and the worker by the chain was not ready for it. |
