Yeah I didn’t think she did, I was just trying to give the dude the benefit of the doubt here. So either he’s full of shit or just got some bad info. Idk why the cops would know before anyone else anyway so that story didn’t really jive with me anyway.

If I was on that beach, I would have been pressing on her femoral artery until EMS arrived, not messing around with improvised tourniquets and leaving the artery wide open to bleed her out.
