Son and His Parents Killed After Their Kia Slams into a Truck Head-on
On the afternoon of September 20 at kilometer 1082 of the highway near the village of Chernovka, the driver of a Kia, heading toward Samara, veered into the oncoming lane, collided with a Sitrak truck, before colliding with a Chevrolet and a Lada. All were traveling in the opposite direction.

The driver and his parents were killed and his brother in the passenger seat survived. Presumably the driver dozed off.

The truck driver and the Chevrolet passenger received medical treatment at the scene.
