Just like the local monkeys he was most likely using the power lines to get over a property wall guarded by razor wire, or he was suicidal. Either way it was a great show to see.

Didn't know what electricity was. They should set up education centers where children could be brought together to learn things like reading and science and math instead of only cultural sensitivity and self-esteem.
