Ummmmm........Biden hasn't been reported as ever filling a diaper. However, Trump has been reported to just shit in his diaper, even when filming his TV shows. Staff reported it was a "Shit Show" in more ways than one. They would gag just being next to him while filming. Trump is completely incontinent now, and poops and pees constantly.
