Then again the supervisor (presumably responsible for ensuring the people under them are qualified) is the one who got killed… Honestly if he failed to do his job then he contributed to creating the dangerous conditions that killed him and is just a workplace death thing and less of a payday… If it was someone else’s job then he’s just the victim.

What is culture of a race but a reflection of the end result of a long interplay between the intrinsic and extrinsic factors acting upon it? Whose to say that modest but very real differences in inborn tendencies don’t compound over the generations to give such different cultures? Unfortunately though a frank critical and dispassionate scientific examination of inborn differences between the races in attributes that actually matter (from a societal perspective) is culturally, professionally, and, in every western country but the U.S., legally prohibited as ‘hate speech’ (unless the culturally-favored outcome is found,) so we’re unlikely to get real answers to these questions anytime soon. |

I think Richard should be thrown into a shark tank. That should be capitol punishment and not this lethal injection stuff. There should be a real deterrent to cold-blooded murder.
