I showed the video to a friend of mine who is a doctor. This is his assessment:

I doubt the "fatal heart attack" part.
I'd say it was more likely a tonic-clonic seizure.

Note 1: The colleague is breathing all the time. Also at the end, when the other guy goes to the phone, you see a thoracic excursion.
Note 2: look at his right hand at the very beginning of the video. Just before the head tilts back, you can see the hand shaking slightly. This is where the seizure should start.
Note 3: The sequence of the phases is correct. In the beginning the head tilts back into the neck, the legs remain crossed and he cramps his hands. This is the tonic phase (from lat. tonus, tension). After that it falls into the clonic phase and twitches uncontrollably (from Greek clonos, to move strongly).
Note 4: for me it looks like the trousers are dry at first and cal. 1-2 seconds after the clonic phase starts, they are wet. Spontaneous urination is more the rule than the exception in such attacks.
Note 5: He remains motionless after the seizure. This is also very typical. After such a seizure patients are often unresponsive for 30-45 minutes - even if the seizures were very short.

I would either assume here that the guy is under extreme stress or just found out that he is an epileptic. Especially the first seizures are often very short and are often not noticed at all due to the amnesia that comes with them.

In any case, the guy does not have a heart attack. It would be more typical for him to stand up, grab his chest and gasp for air. If he goes into cardiac arrest, he would just collapse without convulsions.

Looked more like a seizure to me as well, but I'm not a doctor, so yeah...

On another note, of the mosque death videos I've seen here, this probably ranks as the most peaceful. Certainly the least bloody. And in these uncertain times of lack of toilet paper and social distancing, this video gives me hope.
