~ I suspect the victim was anti-authority to begin with. ~ The guy that got shot, initially hit the hat off the security guard, to which the security guard responded with a side strike, on the back of the victim, with the weapon, but then the victim struck the armed guard twice, to which the guard then shot him. ~ It would be regarded as self defense. |
