~Security Guard Kills A Man In Pedro Juan Caballero After Argument~
A security Guard who provides services to the company Estrell, in Pedro Juan Caballero, had an argument with a man identified as FFF and killed him with a firearm. Following the incident, the security guard turned himself into police. The alleged murderer identified as RRT, who serves as a security guard for the UniExpress SA exchange house. "R and his victim would have previously argued", said prosecutor Katia Uemura, adding that she could not provide additional details at this time. Robles said that there was no argument, but Franco approached him and hit him. The incident occurred at approximately 4:30pm in front of the exchange house in the Perpetuo Socorro neighborhood of Pedro Juan Caballero. |

I don't think the old man wanted to kill him honestly. He probably would have been happy with getting his lick back, but then the mental guy started choking and punching him. At his age, I would imagine deprivation of oxygen for any sustained length of time could be disastrous. So, after he started feeling lightheaded and combined with the victim's apparent altered state of mind, he decided to finish it before the victim was able to maybe take his gun and use it on him.
