He shouldn't have been shot. But his disposal is of no consequence to society. His entitlement as he fought to keep the goods was disgusting. If his death deters just 1% of persistent brazen shoplifters, that will be a result. No danger of tears from where I am. |

In knew it was gonna be good just from reading the title  Wish it had sound. It reminds me of that video of the "BACK IT UP!" security guard somewhere in the ghetto, only instead of using a taser, he used hot lead  The tranny mouthed out I bet and emotions were high but it was no reason to shoot them. Bad cop or whatever the fuck he was.

I'm honestly surprised the security guard wasn't charged, because this doesn't look like a clear-cut case of self-defense to me. That said, San Francisco is so beyond out of control that something has to give. People here are so fucking tired of the rampant, brazen crime, especially shoplifting and vagrants burglarizing cars and stealing anything not nailed down outside. |

Woah buddy, someone sure missed the outcome of the investigation….guard feared for his life (based on statements made by deceased) AT THAT TIME. Definition of self defense. You all need to understand politics in SF. I live 20 minutes away. You are looking at one of the most liberal judicial systems in the country…if this DA declined to prosecute, the dude is fuckin innocent. Its almost unheard of. The trans issue or the shoplifting are nonissues. Fact: Deceased threatened guard. Fact: Guard felt threatened. Fact: Guard believes deceased had intent and means to harm him. Legal conclusion: justified self defense. Don’t let the details detract from the immediate facts. Not saying the deceased DESERVED it. This shit is going to happen again unless SF can get its act together. This shitstorm is a direct result of stupid policies. |

I saw the outcome of the investigation. The guard didn't fear for his life lol. He was the aggressor the whole time in the video. Those were the carefully crafted words to use to get away with murder. That's the same playbook trigger happy cops use everytime. I just don't see how a reasonable person can conclude that the shoplifter was seriously going to cause harm. The guard attacked from the start and the person kept trying to leave. That little motion in the video was them spitting and then they immediately started to turn around and walk away before getting shot. Where is the reasonable suspicion that they had a weapon? There were no threatening motions or gestures other than the tiny flinch used to spit. They may have said something, but their actions don't back up the words. I saw what the DA said. Don't judge the facts on the video. As opposed to what? That's what clearly happened lmao. She sounds like she should get a job working for police unions when trying to downplay the most crucial evidence available...video. Where's BLM or because it was black on black they have nothing to say per usual. I bet if the guard was white the city would be burned down |
