Teer is the one in the white shirt. Yes, it does look like Teer was the aggressor. Call me crazy, but it doesn't seem justifiable to me. They were in a crowded gymnasium and Teer is larger than Escritt. He was not cornered and he did not have to fight back. I don't see evidence of Escritt bullying Teer, in fact, Escritt is trying to get away. Seems like voluntary manslaughter to me. |
