The kid who got charged will probably still have to change school, this kind of thing doesn't just go away. I feel bad for him. Hopefully this doesn't follow him around for the rest of his life.

It wasn't the punch, it was the skull-floor contact. Even though the punch caused the fall. Brain bleeds are a common cause of death. Our skulls are somewhat strong, but our squishy brains still smash against the bone on impact. Maybe we need thicker fluid in there.   |
