At 52s you can see someone get out of the front of the tank and cross the road. At 59s a shell explodes just to his left. After that he just crawls away. I’ll bet the shrapnel hit him

At 1:18 you can see a red flash then at 1:20 a body comes flying in from the right. Wonder what it was that propelled that body *other than the obvious explosion out of frame..…
